The order and the transmission of the print motifs should be made by e-mail. Information on the desired file formats can be found here “How do I have to deliver my print data so that it can be printed?”

The order/request must contain the following information:

Textile quality (or article number of the desired article), as well as colors and size distribution of the textiles.

With regard to the print, we need information about the print colours, the print position and the print size (width of the motif in centimetres). If anything is unclear, we can also advise you here. We can also take the colors from the monitor, but there is no guarantee of an exact match.

We also need your billing and, if different, delivery address and a telephone number.

Payment is usually made in advance. We will send you the invoice in advance by email. We can send after receipt of payment at the earliest. There is also the option of cash payment for pickup.

The average production time is usually around 1-2 weeks after the order has been clarified. Experience has shown that it takes longer in summer or in the weeks before Christmas.

Of course you can get samples from us to try on! However, we would like to ask for your understanding that samples can only be sent against payment. We order samples from the manufacturer at the customer’s request and we are unable to return the ordered goods to the manufacturer. Therefore the samples ordered cannot be returned. However, they can be sent in and printed for a later order. We will then offset them against the order.

Yes! Our minimum order quantities per print motif are:

• 10 pieces in screen printing
• 10 pieces for embroidery orders
• 10 pieces for transfer printing
• 10 pieces for digital direct prints

We also print your delivered goods in contract printing. We are not liable for defects (defective seams, holes, stains, etc.) on the textiles. These cannot be complained about. Up to 5% rejects during printing are not reimbursed for the textiles. The scrap is included. For contract printing on customer goods, we charge handling costs per item depending on the type of textile and the size of the print run. The delivered goods should not be individually packed, otherwise additional costs for unpacking may arise.

The decisive factor is always the total print run of a motif, e.g. with a print run of 100, textiles/colors/sizes can be mixed, the print price is calculated according to the scale of 100 (e.g. for 50 hooded sweatshirts and 50 T-shirts price from the 100 column). Light printing colors on a dark background require a white underprint, or white printing on dark textiles requires the white to be printed twice. That means one more color for the printing costs.

Even when designing a motif, the special features of the substrate and the printing process should be taken into account:

• Will the entire edition be printed on one textile color or on e.g. red, green and black t-shirts? Does the motif look good on all selected fabric colors?
• When printing on dark textiles, a white background must be used so that the colors cover, i.e. one more printing colour
• Avoid fine lines and small fonts as much as possible
• In the case of screen printing, preparation costs for the film and screen production of €38.00 per color arise.
• With small runs and many printing colors, the preparation costs make up a large part of the total costs. Is it possible to do without a printing color?

In screen printing, a print size is usually specified for all textiles, since the motif for printing is exposed on the screen and therefore cannot be changed. If very different textiles, such as adult and children’s shirts, are to be printed, it is advisable to create separate runs, at least when it comes to larger motifs. You can get closer to the optimal print size for a motif by printing out the motif in different sizes and placing it on a piece of textile. It also helps to simply measure the appropriate proportions with a ruler on a piece of textile for visualization purposes.

In digital direct printing, it is possible to specify two different print sizes for one motif within one edition.

Please create and save the graphics as vectors. Please convert fonts into paths, curves or character paths.

Deliver data as editable PDF or EPS with a transparent or contrasting background or as open vector graphics (Adobe Illustrator), Photoshop files without anti-aliasing. Deliver PNGs or TIFFs in the appropriate size and resolution.

In order to be able to transfer photos or color gradients to textiles in screen printing, the print template must be screened accordingly and prepared for screen printing. The background is that only two states can be implemented in screen printing: color or no color. In order to implement a color gradient with just one ink, darker areas are rasterized with a high and dense number of pixels, while lighter areas are created with a smaller number and more widely spaced pixels. Accordingly, when printing, more or less color gets onto the corresponding area. The result is a print that appears lighter or darker, despite the use of only one ink.

The 4-color model CMYK (cyan, magenta, yellow, black), known from other printing techniques, is also used in textile screen printing. However, due to the fact that colored and partly structured textile fabrics are printed – instead of white paper – it should be noted that a pure CMYK print can usually only be used on white textiles. In order to achieve a high-quality result on colored textiles, 6 to 10 colors are often necessary in screen printing. The feasibility of a CMYK print can only be assessed and calculated when the print motif is presented.

You should specify and name the desired printing colors in HKS K or Pantone C. If you are unable to provide an exact color specification, we will determine the approximate color values ​​from your artwork.

In principle it is possible! However, we charge the films & screens for screen printing, as well as a flat rate for proofing depending on the number of printing colors plus textile and shipping. If the result is satisfactory and production takes place, the films will not be invoiced again.

Depending on the motif, pattern production with foil (digital or flex) or digital direct printing can be much cheaper than a screen-printed pattern and is well suited if the print quality is not the issue, but rather the motif, for example in a certain size on the textile see.

All offers on our site in the tables are for screen printing unless otherwise stated. Screen printing on textiles achieves excellent wash resistance of the print and is the highest quality of all textile printing processes.

We print from an edition of 10 pieces, there are no upper limits.
We have a wide range of textiles from different manufacturers, in different qualities.

Two factors determine the price of screen printing: the higher the print run, the lower the price for a single item. And the more printing colors, the higher the effort and consequently the price.

Als weiteres Verfahren bieten wir das Plotten an. Die Qualität und Waschbeständigkeit ist hervorragend, ähnlich wie beim Siebdruck. Das Motiv wird mittels eines Schneideplotters auf eine spezielle Folie geschnitten, diese wird entgittert und mittels einer Transferpresse auf das Shirt aufgebracht.
Vorteile des Plottens sind:
keine Grundkosten für Film/ Sieberstellung, dadurch sind auch kleinste Auflagen möglich oder personalisierte Shirts, z.B. Nummerierungen, verschiedene Namen …
Nachteile:
Beschränkung auf meistens eine Druckfarbe (Motivabhängig), feine Details sind nicht möglich, als Vorlage ist eine Vektorgrafik nötig (corel oder freehand)

Ausserdem im Programm: der Digitaltransferdruck. Dies ist eine Mischung aus Plott und Digitaldruck. Dadurch sind auch kleine Auflagen mit vielen Farben und sogar Fotodrucken möglich. Der Preis geht nach Motivgröße und Auflage. Am besten per mail anfragen und das Motiv zur Ansicht mitschicken. Da nach dem Digitaldruck die Form noch geschnitten werden muss, eignet sich dieses Verfahren hauptsächlich für geschlossenen Motive. Dies muss nicht unbedingt ein Rechteck sein, es geht jede nicht zu unregelmäßig geformte Fläche, wie z.B. Stern, Oval… jedoch keine freistehenden Details. Die Waschbarkeit beim Digitaltarnsfer ist jedoch nicht so gut wie beim Siebdruck

There is! Here are four simple tips:

• Simplified print motifs – The fewer inks, the lower the print price. You can get tips on reducing the color of your motif from our customer advisors.
• Wear white! – White textiles are usually cheaper than colored ones, and white textiles do not require pre-printing and therefore no printing ink.
• Monochrome round-neck shirts with a normal cut are cheaper than, for example, fashion t-shirts with a V-neck, slim-fit or similar.
• Can it be a little more? – The larger the edition, the lower the unit price of both the textile and the print. Ask our customer advisors about the next higher scale and benefit from more favorable conditions.

By default, your printed textiles are folded in stacks of 10 and shipped in the manufacturer’s box. For a surcharge, we also offer you ready-to-use individual folding and individual packaging in polybags.

If you have confirmed our offer, you will receive a preview in addition to the order confirmation in order to avoid any misunderstandings. Digital previews cannot be to scale, but they do show what the end result will look like and which motif will be printed where.

The film costs are eliminated in post-production if no changes are made to the motif. The screen costs are made up of the costs for exposure of the screen and for setting up the screen on the screen printing machine. If you reorder within 3 months, only the setup costs will be charged. After 3 months we expose a new screen, which means full screen costs again.

Sizes and size information vary depending on the manufacturer. If in doubt, please ask how the textiles are cut before ordering, or order a sample.
