The Fair Wear Foundation (FWF) was founded to promote fair working conditions in the textile industry worldwide and to monitor audits at an international level. The organization verifies that the Code of Labor Practices is implemented and adhered to at all production sites.
This code of conduct is based on the conventions of the International Labor Organization and the Universal Declaration of Human Rights. The following standards are included: No child labor, no forced labor, safe and healthy working conditions, legal employment contracts, wages at the living wage, freedom of association and the right to collective bargaining, no discrimination against employees, no excessive working hours.
